If each of us does just a little – together we can do big things!

We want to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who, in any way,
helped to make the 15th Annual Lee Lake Polar Bear Plunge another huge success.

Our donation this year will be at least $24,000!

We must begin by thanking our planning committee for all of their help this year in the weeks leading up to the event and that day as well.

Thanks must then be extended to our plungers.  Those 83 brave individuals who took the icy swim in Lee Lake.
A penguin, Dr. Seuss along with Thing 1 and Thing 2 joined us as did those in pink tutus and Spiderman made an appearance as well!
Thank you to everyone who sponsored our plungers.  Without company matches they raised $16,000!

Thank you to our ice cutting crew for spending 2 days making certain everything on the ice is ready for us at 2PM on Saturday.
Thank you to all who volunteered that day – registering plungers, selling tickets, baked goods or food and helping with our auction.

It’s impossible, in the number of words allowed, to individually thank all of our generous donors for raffle, bake sale, silent auction and live auction items.
There were over 170 items and in-kind donations this year and we were absolutely overwhelmed by everyone’s generosity.
These items made for a wonderful raffle and silent auction as well as a truly amazing live auction.
A HUGE thank you to Donald Seep for doing an awesome job for us again this year both with the live auction and announcing our plungers by the lake.
Also thank you to Olivia Deitelhoff for singing again this year and to Gavin Brothers for offering the use of their auction truck for the sound system.

Thank you to everyone who attended that day to help support our event.

Thank you to the many photographers for taking and sharing their photos.
Special recognition must go to Sheila Hendricks, Pat Brueggeman and Jeff Seering.
Also, thanks to Jeff and Dawn Kiefer for the coverage in the Reedsburg Independent and the Richland Observer.
Thank you to Tommy Lee and Ron Fruit for the wonderful coverage you gave us leading up to that day and after as well.

Thank you to Cazenovia Fire and EMS for keeping our plungers safe and to the Cazenovia Turkey Busters for the use of their shelter.

We certainly hope we haven’t forgotten to thank anyone and if we inadvertently have we truly apologize
and please know we greatly appreciate the part you played in our success.
